The unintended and unseen consequence of last minute cancellations and/or no-shows, is postponing the treatment opportunity for other cats. This is why we ask you to please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, so we can offer your appointment time to a cat on our wait list. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
